For services to be hired by the clients in the market, first the caterers themselves should possess certain qualities that are very positive and acceptable in the society. The caterer should be trustworthy so that the clients will be able to hire the catering services because customers are always looking for caterers who can be trusted. The caterer should talk to clients nicely and listen to them instead of cajoling them because this can make the clients to run away from the services. the caterer should be reliable and timely when offering catering services to clients because if the services are not reliable, the clients will not have a second thought about the services. The caterer should not steal from the clients by charging the services more expensive but should always charge according to prevailing market rates. The customers are always there to make the services to continue being relevant in the market and so the caterer should be honest and transparent.
